Last fall, URB magazine and M-Audio teamed up and offered $5,000 worth of audio production hardware and software to the artist or group who sent in the best three-song demo CD. And after listening to and cataloging thousands of entries, it came down to one. So congratulations to Go~Ya! Records recording artist Jon Conner.
Conner—who has earned production credits with Hell Rell, Haystak, Moonshine Bandits, De La Warr and more—took home the prize package including M-Audio StudioPro 4 reference monitors, Key Rig, Drum & Bass Rig, Oxygen8, Trigger Finger, FireWire 410, Solaris, Studio Pack, a complete collection of ProSessions Sound and Loop Libraries and Ableton Live.
