Beta Program Application
M-Audio uses public and private Beta as part of the product development process.
Public Beta
Public Beta is the development stage prior to the full release of a product. It is open to all members of the M-Audio Community Forum. You are not required to submit an application to participate in public Beta. The only requirement is that you post your experience in the public Beta section of the forum. Please Note: Technical Support for public Beta is performed only in the forums. Please do not contact M-Audio's support staff concerning public Beta issues.
You may register for an account here.
Private Beta
Private Beta is the development stage prior to public Beta. Avid is currently accepting applications for plug-in, application, DJ and driver development beta testing.
The goal of our Beta program is to collect information regarding the performance, quality, usability, and functionality of new products before they are released to the marketplace. Beta Customers must agree to use pre-release products in production of their own work in a real world environment using their anticipated workflows and report their findings back to Avid. Beta sites are intended to help complement the ongoing, internal testing performed at Avid, and help us put together more solid, robust products that everyone can benefit from.
To begin the qualification process, please fill out the studio/system breakdown below including the area of testing you're most interested in and a short description of why you would be a strong private Beta testing candidate.
Not all applicants will be given access to the forums as we have received an enormous amount of interest in our private Beta program.
