Cannot log in to US Customer Web Portal, lost password

Q: I have lost my password and I am not able to log in to the US Tech Support Customer Web Portal; I tried to have the system e-mail my password, but I received a message that there was an error and it can't send the e-mail.  What can I do?

A: We are currently experiencing problems with the system that is supposed to e-mail your password.  Note that you must register separately for the Customer Web Portal because it is not associated with your product registration and login for the My Profile section of M-Audio.com.  First, confirm that your e-mail address is registered for the US Tech Support Customer Web Portal

Go to the Customer Web Portal (http://crm.m-audio.com/scripts/texcel/swise/clogin.dll?13&ma_na), enter your e-mail address and password, then click Submit.  If you receive an error message "Invalid Login/Password", this indicates that your e-mail address has not been registered.



If you receive this error message (see above), click New Customer, enter your information, and click Submit; you will automatically be logged in and you can click New Incident to submit an new request for technical support.


Alternatively, if you receive the error message "Invalid User Name or Password. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive and email address should be your real business email address. Please try again.", this confirms that your address is registered.



If you receive this error message (see above), please send your full name and the e-mail address you use to log in with to lostpassword@m-audio.com, Subject: Lost Password, and we will reset your password for you*.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you are located outside of the United States, please contact your local M-Audio Office or M-Audio dealer for technical support.

* Please allow 24 hours to reset a password; requests received over the weekend will be handled the next business day.
