Pro Tools SE says No M-Audio Hardware Found with KeyStudio connected
Text size [-] [+]

Q: I have just installed Pro Tools SE with the Pro Tools KeyStudio bundle.  When I launch Pro Tools, I get an error stating that No M-Audio Hardware is found.  My KeyStudio keyboard is connected; why won't Pro Tools recognize this?

A: Pro Tools is looking for a supported M-Audio Audio Interface.  The Micro USB is the audio device included with the Pro Tools KeyStudio.  If you haven't already, install the Micro drivers, then connect the Micro and launch Pro Tools.
