Q: I purchased the Pro Tools KeyStudio to use on my Windows Vista computer, and when trying to install the Micro USB drivers from the disc, I receive an error message that "This version of Windows is not supported by the Micro installer".  Why can't I install the drivers?

A: Service Pack 1 or later is required for use with the Pro Tools KeyStudio.  Please go to the Windows Control Panel and select Windows Update.  Note that you may need to run this more than once as your system may require certain updates before Service Pack 1 or later can be installed.
