Q: When I install the driver for my M-Audio device in Windows Vista or Windows 7, I get a message that says "Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software".  What should I do?

A: There's no need to be worried about this Microsoft message. Simply click "Install this driver software anyway" to proceed whenever you see this message during the installation of an M-Audio device driver.  M-Audio tests their drivers extensively to ensure full compatibility with Windows Vista, but does not currently participate in Microsoft's Driver Signing program for all products.
