When DirectLink for GarageBand with the Axiom (2nd gen) is launched for the very first time after installing DirectLink, it will take 3 to 4 seconds for the LCD of the Axiom to show a change in the selected Track within GarageBand.

The workaround is to cycle through selecting all of the Tracks within GarageBand. Once this is done, Track Changes will show in the LCD almost instantly.
