The Keystation Mini 32 packaging and user guide incorrectly list iOS 4.2 as the minimum system requirement for iPad compatibility.  iOS 4.3 is the minimum required iPad operating system.  iOS 4.3 is a free update and can be downloaded by connecting your iPad to your computer and launching iTunes.
