Q: I am trying to certify Key Rig and am receiving an error HTTP 500 Internal Server Error, The website cannot display the page.

A: Download and install the Key Rig Updater.  This update is required for Windows Vista* compatibility.  Once updated you will not need to certify Key Rig.

If you plan on using Key Rig as a VST plug-in, you will need to copy the updated M-Audio Key Rig.dll file to your host DAW application's VST plug-ins folder. The updated M-Audio Key Rig.dll installs to C:\Program Files\M-Audio\KeyRig. Copy the "M-Audio Key Rig.dll" file; then paste this .dll file into your host DAW's VST plug-ins folder, e.g. C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTPlugins.
