Q: When I move a knob, slider, or wheel, the LCD on my Oxygen (silver) keyboard displays "OFF" and the control does not function.  How do I correct this?

A: It is possible to turn controllers off, and if an empty preset bank is sent from Enigma, all controllers will be disabled and display OFF when moved.  If only 1 controller is disabled, reprogram the controller to send the desired MIDI message.  If all controls are off, reset the Oxygen keyboard as described in this FAQ.
