Q: I installed Torq 2, but when launching the application, I get an error stating User privileges is insufficient to start a low level driver.  Why won't Torq open?

A: This error will appear if the installation of the PACE AP drivers are canceled during the installation of the Torq 2 software.  To resolve this error, download and install the PACE AP drivers from http://www.paceap.com.
