Q: When I move a knob or slider, or press a pad or button, the LCD on my Axiom keyboard displays "OFF" and the control does not function.  How do I correct this?

A: It is possible to turn controllers off, and if an empty preset bank is sent from Enigma, all controllers will be disabled and display OFF when moved.  If only 1 controller is disabled, reprogram the controller to send the desired MIDI message.  If all controls are off, reset the Axiom and reload the factory default presets as described in this FAQ.
