Q: I have the Midisport Uno connected to my keyboard; when I play keys on the keyboard, the MIDI In LED flashes, but the MIDI Out LED does not.

A: The Midisport Uno does not have MIDI Thru functionality; the MIDI input is not automatically routed the output.  Please refer to your MIDI software's documentation for information on outputting MIDI.  See this guide to test the MIDI output.
