Q: After installing the Windows XP drivers I connect the ProKeys Sono 61 to complete the installation and I receive an error message "USB Device Not Recognized".

A:  This error message is a known issue with the ProKeys Sono 61 driver under Windows XP.  Be assured the driver will continue to install correctly and the device will function normally.
