Q: I downloaded the driver for my M-Audio device, but when I try to run the installer I get an error stating that it is not a valid Win32 application.  What should I do?

A: Some Virus Protection software can interfere when downloading executable (.exe) files such as your M-Audio Windows device driver.  If you receive this message, temporarily disable your Virus Protection software and download the driver again.
