This guide walks you through saving and restoring Venom’s patches with Vyzex Venom software.

To save Venom patches to your computer:

1. Launch Vyzex Venom software. On startup, Vyzex will download the current data from the Venom to the Vyzex Venom software.

2. Go to the File Menu and select Save Set As…

3. Name the Set, and click Save.

All Venom patches (Single/Multi/Pattern) are backed up to your computer and saved in this Set.

To Restore presets from a saved Set to Venom:

1. Launch Vyzex Venom software.

2. Go to the File Menu and select Open.

3. Locate and select a saved Set and then click Open

4. To sync patches with Venom, Vyzex must in Virtual Mode (not Direct Mode)

• Click the Global Button under Mode to enter Global View
• Click the Virtual Bank Button in the Editor section on the right
• Click the Global Button again to exit Global View

5. Click the Bank Button under Mode to enter Bank View

6. To restore Single presets, click to enable Single Mode; or to restore Multi presets, click to enable Multi Mode.

7. Click to select the bank that contains the preset(s) you want to restore.

• To restore all presets, click Select All
• To restore an individual preset, click to select it
• To restore non-contiguous presets, hold Control (PC) or Command (Mac) and click the presets to restore

8. Click Sync Selected, the selected presets will be restored to your Venom keyboard.
