Q: After sending a new preset (or bank of presets) to my device using Enigma, "SYS" flashed on my device's LCD display indicating the data was received, but when I move a controller (e.g. knob, slider, pad) my new settings haven't loaded.

A: You must Recall the preset for these new settings to be active on your Device.  Axiom Series, Keystation Pro 88, and Ozonic users should enable all groups (A, B, C, D) when recalling the preset to ensure settings for all controllers are loaded.

Axiom Series: Press Recall.  If groups A, B, C and D (Axiom 49 & 61 only) are not active, press all group buttons at once, and then use the +/- buttons to select a preset; or use the numeric keypad (Axiom 49 & 61) to enter the desired preset number.

Keystation Pro 88: Press Recall.  If groups A, B, C and D are not active, press the zone/group button to select Group, then press all group buttons at once, and then use the +/- buttons to select a preset; or use the numeric keypad to enter the desired preset number.

O2/KeyRig 25/KeyStudio 25: Press the recall +/- buttons to select the desired preset.

Oxygen 49/61: Press the Preset +/- buttons to select the desired preset.

Oxygen 8 v2: Press the Select button so the LED appears above "Preset", then use the +/- buttons to select the desired preset.

Trigger Finger: Press the Memory Recall button followed by the Pad (P1 - P16) to select the desired preset.
