USB MIDI Device Installation - Mac OS X

For the devices listed below, the class-compliant drivers built into Mac OS X provide full support for all features. This means that no additional M-Audio drivers are necessary (or available) when using these devices on Mac OS X — simply connect the keyboard to the computer using the supplied USB cable.

*Because the Axiom Pro sends ASCII key commands, the Keyboard Setup Assistant may appear after connecting the Axiom Pro.  If it does, just click the Red X to cancel out of this setup.

All legacy MIDI devices, including Keystation 49/61, Midisport Uno, 1x1, 2x2, 2x4, 4x4, 8x8/s, Oxygen8, and Radium 49/61, require drivers.  Please see this guide for installation instructions.
