When ReWiring 2 applicaitons that support ReWire (e.g. ReWiring Reason into Ableton Live), HyperControl or DirectLink will only work with the host application.

To control the slave application with Axiom Pro, you can set HyperControl mode to Transport (press Edit +0) and use the slave's application's MIDI learn feature for assigning controls.

To control the slave application with Axiom (2nd gen) you can use the group buttons to disengage DirectLink and use the slave's application's MIDI learn feature for assigning controls.

To control the slave application with Oxygen (blue) you can recall a different preset (1-9) and use the slave's application's MIDI learn feature for assigning controls.
