Follow these steps to disable aftertouch on your Axiom Series keyboard:

Axiom 25

1. Press a key on the keyboard with enough pressure to trigger "aftertouch".  The number "11" will appear in the bottom left corner of the Axiom's display.
2. Press the "Advanced" button, followed by the key labeled "Ctrl Assign"
3. Use the numbered keys to type "000", then "Enter"
4. Press the "Advanced button again, then the "Ctrl Assign" Key
5. Now press the data minus button (-), the LCD will now display OFF.
6. Press the "Enter" key to confirm.
7. To store this change, press "Advanced", followed by the key labeled "Store", then use the numbered keys to enter the # of the preset (1-20) to store this to, then press the "Enter" key to confirm.

Axiom 49/61

1. Press a key on the keyboard with enough pressure to trigger "aftertouch".  The number "20" will appear in the bottom left corner of the Axiom's display.
2. Press the "Ctrl Assign" button
3. Enter "000" on the numeric keypad
4. While the LCD is still flashing, press the data minus (-) button
5. The LCD will now display OFF
6. To store this change, press "Store" and enter the # of the preset (1-20)to store this to on the Axiom's numeric keypad.


This will disable aftertouch for the selected zone(s) on the current preset.  Turn turn aftertouch back on, simply follow the same procedure above and at Step 3, enter "131" after "Ctrl Assign instead..
