Q: I am using my new Oxygen 25/49/61/88 (blue) MIDI keyboard, but the device shuts off (the dispaly goes blank or displays strange characters) and stops working after a short period of time.

A: There is a known issue wherein the Oxygen will stop functioning when a software's MIDI output is routed to the Oxygen's MIDI output port.  The Oxygen's MIDI out port is used (automatically) by certain software for identifying DirectLink support.  All DAW's by default are not configured to send MIDI data to the Oxygen.  If you are experiencing this problem, go into the MIDI setup for your application and disable the Oxygen's MIDI output port and any features (e.g. sync) that may send data to the device.
