Unable to start Torq LE on Windows XP

Unable to start the bundled version of Torq LE (1.0.7) on Win XP SP3 system.  No error messages, possibly a brief display of 'torq le.exe' in 'task manager' and then it dies after a few seconds.

Try creating a new user to see if the problem is user related.

This solved the problem for one user and seemed to be related to a corrupt iTunes database in the 'My Music' folder of their original account.  Removing the bad 'iTunes.xml' file allowed Torq to start.
