Q: What are Axiom Instrument Maps?

A: Axiom Instrument Maps are custom plug-in template maps that have been created for the virtual instrument plug-ins included with supported DAW’s.  The Axiom Instrument Maps define the default mapping assignments for Axiom controls.  These are available with Axiom (2nd gen) keyboards for certain DirectLink compatible applications.  These maps are available for download at www.m-audio.com/drivers.

Control assignments for 3^rd party plug-ins will be based on the default parameter list for the plug-ins as determined by the plug-in manufacturer.
