Pro Tools M-Powered Essential 8.0.3 update Installation Instructions - Windows

Pro Tools M-Powered Essential 8.0.3 is a free update for all Pro Tools 8.0.2 M-Powered Essential owners.  Please check the version on your Pro Tools M-Powered Essential DVD.  The version appears towards the top right, just below the word Essential.  If your DVD is version 8.0.3, you do not need to download this update.  If your DVD version is 8.02, click here to get the latest version.

Pro Tools M-Powered Essential 8.0.3 for Windows supports the following operating systems:

• Windows XP (Home or Professional, 32-bit) with XP Service Pack 2 or 3
• Windows Vista (32 and 64-bit) with Vista Service Pack 2
• Windows 7 (32 and 64-bit)

Installation Instructions

With Pro Tools M-Powered Essential 8.0.2 Already Installed
Simply download and run the updater normally.

Without Pro Tools M-Powered Essential Installed
If you have never installed or have uninstalled your original version of Pro Tools M-Powered Essential 8.02, please take the following steps:

1. Install Pro Tools M-Powered Essential 8.02 from the DVD
2. Download the Pro Tools 8.0.3 Updater from this page.
3. With your original Pro Tools M-Powered Essential 8.02 disc into the DVD drive, launch the Pro Tools M-Powered Essential 8.0.3 Updater and follow the onscreen instructions.
