Q: At the end of the installation process I receive an error stating "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". What should I do?
A: This error can be caused by an IRQ conflict or system resource issue. For USB devices, test the device on different USB ports. For PCI devices, test them in different PCI slots. For FireWire devices, try connecting to a different FireWire port (if available), or move your FireWire expansion card to a different slot (where applicable). See this IRQ troubleshooting guide to try disabling resource intensive devices that may be conflicting or tying up system resources (e.g. built-in sound card, Ethernet, & wireless controllers)
Test the device with a different computer as this error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware
