Q: I have created and renamed different presets for my USB MIDI device using Enigma, but when I download the settings from my device back into Enigma, the preset names do not match.

A: This is a known issue with the Enigma software.  After downloading the settings from your device to Enigma on Windows, the preset names in the device bank will always show the factory default preset names.  On Mac, the preset names in the device bank will show the names of the presets last sent to the device.  The actual data for each preset is stored and recalled properly; this issue only affects the names of the presets.
